What to Expect During Your Onboarding Process
Whether you're just joining the RMH Partner Network or expanding your existing relationship, we know that starting a new chapter can bring questions, ideas, and excitement.
To help you navigate this journey with confidence, we’ve created a clear onboarding roadmap that outlines what to expect over the next 60–90 days. This guide highlights key milestones, training resources, and support touchpoints to ensure you’re set up for success.
While we follow a structured timeline, we also recognize that every partner is unique. That’s why we offer flexibility to adjust the pace based on your team’s comfort level and familiarity with RMH solutions.
From initial setup and training to go-live and beyond, our Partner Success Team is here to support you every step of the way.
1) Initial Consultation
We begin with a 30-minute discovery call to explore your business goals, verticals, and technical capabilities. This is a chance for us to learn about your team, your customers, and how RMH can best support your growth.
2) Product Demonstration & Agreement
If we align on fit, we’ll schedule a full product demo to walk you through RMH POS, Store Manager, and Central. From there, we’ll move into contract discussions and finalize your reseller agreement.
3) Kickoff & Onboarding Introduction
Once your agreement is signed, our Partner Success team will reach out to schedule a Kickoff Call. This 30–60 minute session outlines your onboarding roadmap, key contacts, and next steps
4) Lab System Installation
You’ll receive a lab license and join a guided installation session with our technical team. This 1-hour remote session ensures your environment is ready for training and testing.
5) Comprehensive Training
Training includes two 5-hour sessions for RMH Store and a 1-day session for RMH Central (if applicable). These sessions cover system setup, hardware configuration, and operational workflows.
6) Touch Point Program
After training, you’ll enter a 4-week Touch Point Program. These weekly 30-minute check-ins help reinforce learning, answer questions, and prepare you for go-live.
7) Go-Live Support
We’ll support your first live deployment—either remotely or on-site—backed by our Level 2 support team. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and confident launch at your first merchant location.
8) Post-Launch Follow-Up
Following go-live, we continue with four weeks of follow-up sessions to address any lingering questions and ensure long-term success.
9) Partner Experience Handoff
At the end of onboarding, you’ll transition to our Partner Success and Experience Teams. This handoff ensures you’re fully equipped to independently onboard and support your own clients.
10) Conclusion of Onboarding
At this point, you’ll be fully equipped to independently onboard your own clients. Welcome to the RMH Partner Network.
