Recap: 2024 RMH Partner Conference—A Record-Breaking Success!
The 2024 RMH Partner Conference has come to an end, and we’re still buzzing with excitement! This year’s event, held in New Orleans, Louisiana, had record-breaking attendance from across the globe! We spent three days exploring new opportunities, innovations, and the future of retail management with RMH. If you couldn’t attend, or just want a refresher on all the action, here’s a quick recap of the highlights.
The State of the Union: Opportunities for Growth
The conference kicked off with the highly anticipated “State of the Union” session, where RMH CEO, Jeff Riley, laid out an exciting vision for the future. The big message? The retail industry is evolving rapidly, and RMH is at the forefront of that transformation. Our resellers and distributors are in a prime position to capitalize on this shift by offering the most robust, flexible, and scalable POS solutions on the market. The opportunity for growth is bigger than ever.
RMH Product Roadmap & New Features
One of the most exciting sessions was the reveal of RMH’s product roadmap.
Attendees were given an exclusive preview of upcoming features and enhancements, all aimed at empowering retailers with greater flexibility and control. A key highlight was the new Promotions and Offers feature, which will enable retailers to create more targeted and specific promotional campaigns. We also introduced the new RMH Training Roadmap, featuring updated training modules designed to deepen partners' expertise across the entire RMH ecosystem. From RMH Store to RMH Central, these modules cover implementation, customization, and more, providing essential support to ensure our RMH Partners achieve success.
Success with Large Customers Panel
This year’s conference featured an inspiring panel discussion moderated by RSPA President and CEO, Jim Roddy, where resellers working with large retail clients shared their insights. They discussed overcoming challenges, scaling implementations, and customizing RMH to meet the unique demands of larger retail environments. It was a perfect way to wrap up the event, with many new connections made and ideas shared.
