Jeff Riley, Former Microsoft and Dinerware Executive, Joins Team to Lead Point-of-Sale Software Company's Expansion
Retail Management Hero, Inc. (RMHpos.com) announces they have signed multiple geographic distribution agreements that are rapidly expanding the point-of-sale (POS) software development company worldwide. As part of their aggressive growth strategy, Retail Management Hero has hired Jeff Riley, a former senior executive at Microsoft and Dinerware, to spearhead the company's global brand initiatives and drive expansion.
The company's flagship product, Retail Management Hero (RMH) point-of-sale, was launched early 2016 to give small-to-medium retailers a seamless next-generation replacement solution for the end-of-life Microsoft Dynamics Retail Management System (RMS). With already a strong presence in North America, the company's latest RMH distribution agreements will bring the software solution and the reseller network into new territories, including the United Kingdom, Ireland, Scandinavia, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, Philippines, Guam, and Latin America.
Retail Management Hero has appointed Jeff Riley as CEO to lead the executive team and oversee the company's operational strategies and plans, positioning them for the next stage of domestic and international growth. In his role, Riley will focus on customer success and channel development in order to build a solid foundation for the company's growth.
Riley brings more than 25 years of experience in developing small-to-large companies in the global technology industry and is a recognized expert and advisor in the areas of enterprise software, IT services, growth strategies and partner alliances. Riley was formerly the CEO of Dinerware, a small restaurant software startup that, under his leadership, earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 List four years in a row as one of the "fastest-growing private companies" in the United States. He then led the successful sale of the company to Heartland Payment Systems (later acquired by Global Payments). Previously, Riley worked as a senior executive at Microsoft and launched the company's first secure commerce website in 1997, managed Microsoft Business Solutions SMB sales and marketing, and served as integration lead for the Great Plains acquisition before being promoted to GM of Retail Business Solutions within Dynamics.
"SMB retailers face tremendous opportunities as well as challenges in using technology to advance their businesses. At Retail Management Hero, we are building a product and a partner-based delivery system that is tailored specifically with these needs in mind," said Riley. "Joining Retail Management Hero reunites me with many of my former customers and partners from my time at Microsoft, and I am really excited to help lead the journey from here."
Retail Management Hero is gearing up for its upcoming launch of RMH Central, the headquarters component of RMH, which will give retailers central visibility and management of their stores. The solution will be showcased at this year's Retail Realm Partner & User Conference in Las Vegas, and then later at the NRF 2019 -- Retail's BIG Show in New York
