The 2025 RMH Partner Conference has come to an end, and we’re ready to turn insights into action! This year’s event, held in Denver, Colorado, brought together RMH Channel Partners from across the globe for three days of networking, education from industry experts, and envisioning the future of retail management with RMH. State of the Union
The 2025 RMH Partner Conference kicked off with the much-anticipated State of the Union address from RMH CEO, Jeff Riley. His keynote set the tone for the event, focusing on:
- RMH Development Restructuring and how it strengthens innovation.
- Product Vision: Modernize RMH Products while addressing critical customer feedback areas.
- RMH’s Measured Approach to AI—leveraging technology responsibly.
- The evolving role of Solution Providers in a competitive SMB market.
- Announcement of Bold as RMH’s preferred dual pricing partner for its compliance, market readiness, and strong community support. In addition, Riley introduced a partnership with MiCamp, positioning its 500+ agents to drive fresh opportunities for RMH channel partners throughout the U.S.
Product and Development
RMH CTO Anthony Ludmilin, and Director of Development, Anastas Daskalov, shared some exciting product and development updates:
- Ongoing enhancements to Store Manager and the evolution toward a web-based Unified Manager—hosted anywhere.
- Introduction of MPulse, replacing FLASH for RMH Central. MPulse is multi-environment ready—on-prem, cloud, or hybrid—offering unprecedented flexibility and scalability for large implementations (hundreds to thousands of stores).
- Advancing RMH's cloud strategy to enhance and simplify platform extensions such as e-commerce, ERP, and integrations, ensuring greater agility and scalability for tomorrow’s retail landscape.
- A sneak peek at the 2026 roadmap, primarily focused on the general availability of MPulse and development of web-based Store and Central Manager apps.
The session concluded with an MPulse demo and an overview of deployment strategies through high-level architecture diagrams.
These updates reaffirm RMH’s dedication to providing a dynamic, innovative, and adaptable platform that meets the needs of retailers of every size and type.
Panel on Practical Innovation: Leading the Retail Conversation
Industry leaders joined Jim Roddy, CEO of RSPA, for a dynamic discussion on retail trends—tariffs, labor, inventory, AI tools, regulations, and the critical role of solution providers.

Customer Service Insights from Xpertwise
Abel Tovar and Victor Lopez of Xpertwise delivered an impactful session on what it takes to provide exceptional customer service. Their approach emphasizes starting with soft skills—empathy, active listening, and clear communication—to accurately diagnose issues before applying hard skills like troubleshooting and technical fixes.
Their message was clear: the role of a solution provider goes beyond solving problems. It’s about becoming a true productivity partner, helping retailers succeed by fostering trust and efficiency at every step.
Labor Challenges & Solutions from TimeForge
Anthony Presley of TimeForge tackled one of retail’s toughest issues: labor. From staffing shortages and wage pressures to high turnover, these challenges have created a perfect storm that few retailers anticipated. Navigating this new reality is essential for staying competitive and ensuring long-term success.
Presley introduced the TimeForge plan to help businesses regain control through:
- Accurate labor forecasting to anticipate demand.
- Optimized scheduling for efficiency and cost savings.
- Employee-centric strategies to attract and retain top talent.

RMH Sales, Marketing & Partner Success Update
Israel Morrison, VP of Partner Success, delivered an insightful review of RMH’s past year and shared the roadmap for upcoming sales and marketing initiatives. His presentation highlighted emerging market opportunities, key verticals, and strategies to strengthen partner success.
Several solution providers showcased impressive real-world deployments:
- POS Unlimited – Tae Kang shared details of a major installation at Jagalchi, a 75,000-square-foot ethnic grocery store. The project featured a mix of self-checkout and traditional lanes, demonstrating RMH’s flexibility in large-scale environments.
- EZB Solutions – Ruben Fernandez discussed a complex integration for Goodwill, where RMH POS was connected to NetSuite, giving the retailer unprecedented control and operational flexibility.
- Business Integrated IT – Louis Piedra walked through a challenging deployment at Locatel in Venezuela and Colombia. His team navigated strict local regulations while integrating RMH POS with national loyalty programs, custom workflows for rentals, discounts, and promotions, and even interfaced the system with SAP, health insurance platforms, and more.
In his presentation, Morrison unveiled a new MDF program to empower RMH Solutions Providers with resources for event participation and brand promotion at high-impact industry gatherings.
