Attend the Retail Management Hero (RMH) educational sessions for in-depth and hands-on training on how RMH is a complete retail management solution that enables retailers to efficiently manage their back office and POS activities. These classroom-based courses will provide everything you need to know in order to install, set up, configure and use the system. Find out the similarities and differences between RMH and Microsoft Dynamics RMS, and how to easily transition from existing retail management/ POS systems and migrate stores to RMH.

Completing the basic RMH training enables you to take the online certification exam immediately following the class (cost included in the course fees). Certification is required in order to sell RMH. Open to all Retail Realm partners, ISVs, VARs and resellers.
Course Fees & Details
Course fee: $450 per person, per day (total $1,350); 50% discount for additional people from the same company
Fee includes: Course materials and certification exam. Note that you must bring your own laptop with Windows 7 or above already installed. Hotel fee is not included, but contact your PAM for discount room rates and details.
NOTE: If you’re an existing RMS reseller, RMH training is NOT required and you can still take the online certification exam. However, if you’re an existing RMS reseller and would like to participate in this classroom-based training, you will need to pay for the course. If you’re a new reseller, you will be required to complete training before you can take the certification training.
